inlyse Mail Security for Outlook

The inlyse Mail Security for Outlook plugin provides more security while receiving and sending emails. It automatically scans all email attachments against viruses and blocks them if malicious content is found.

inlyse Mail Security is an extension for Outlook that is accessible from your toolbar. It automatically scans all email attachments against viruses and blocks them if malicious content is found.

  inlyse is an online service that analyzes files enabling the detection of viruses, trojans and other kinds of malicious content using an innovative technology.

• Which files can I analyze?

  Currently only PDF files can be analyzed. Office files are already being tested and will be released later this year.

• Requesting new Features

  I have an idea, where can I request new features? We are very curious about your idea, send us an descriptive email with your idea and the problem the new feature will solve for you.

• I need a license key, where can I get one?

  Send an email to support@inlyse.com with your needs and we will get in touch with you shortly.

• I receive the message "limit reached"?

  Every user has an analysis quota. You will receive this message if you exceed your limit. Try again later to get your file scanned. If you need a higher quote, contact us at support@inlyse.com.

• How high are the quotas?

  The quota depends on the license you have purchased from us.

• I think my file was wrongly classified.

  Please send the file to support@inlyse.com and we will execute a deep scan to check if our classification result is wrong.

• Where can I scan some files?

  Use our Mail Security Plugin or visit our free service https://malware.ai to upload some files or send your file as attachment to scan@inlyse.com to receive the classification result.

• I receive the message "File too big"?

  We have a file size limit of 16mb at the moment.

• I have accidentally deleted a file, can you restore it?

  No, we don't save any files you uploaded if you have a valid license.

• What happens with my files I uploaded?

  We don't save any files except the ones were classified as being malicious.

• I accidentally uploaded a sensitive file, can you delete it?

  We don't save any files you uploaded that weren't classified as being malicious. If we wrongly classified the file, please send a message to support@inlyse.com.
